Resumes are being accepted for two student positions in the Property Services Department.
Duties and responsibilities of these positions will involve litter clean up and general grounds maintenance.
One position is for 15 weeks commencing May 7, 2018, for 35 hours per week.
One position is for 8 weeks commencing July 3, 2018, for 35 hours per week.
The Municipality is seeking proposals for the provision of legal services for a five (5) year term. Legal Services will take effect as of midnight June 30, 2018.
Please take note that the Construction & Demolition Debris Landfill Site located at #1138, Hwy 103, Clyde River, will re-open on Mondays, effective April 9, 2018.
Hours of operation effective April 9, 2018 are as follows:
- Monday to Friday, open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturdays, open 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon
- Sundays, Closed

The Municipality of Barrington is accepting Expressions of Interest from individuals from the Municipality wishing to serve on the Planning Advisory Committee.
The Committee advises and assists the Municipal Council in the preparation, amendments or revisions, of the Municipal Planning Strategy, Land Use By-Law, Subdivision By-Law, and on planning matters.
The Committee also acts as the Heritage Advisory Committee for the Municipality.
The appointment will be for a term to expire March 31, 2020. Meetings are scheduled as necessary.
